At the AGM this
evening, the chair Lady became one of my committee members instead, I became the Chair + the new Tenant's Area Rep. for Kemptown social housing, not bad
for a retired white trany van driver, but the next year will tell if I'm any good!!.... I'm sure the residents will be quick to tell me when I
fúck-up, you can't please every one all of the time, and you cant please, no hang-on, where am I going with this ???........

How badly organized
is this food taster treasure hunt, no mention of what clues to finding the food, and no bloody "Kendal mint cake" at the start for stamina, what
about loos on the route, 5 or 6 hrs tasting food, is a long time to go without a "wee or a poo" if no one knows where the loos are, am I the only one
concerned about the lack of "Loos" & Kendal mint cake. ????........

Hello again, it's
Saturday evening, I watched the grid trials for the F1 race tomorrow, a lot of crashes and 4 or 5 drivers were penalised for not taking notice of the yellow
flags being waved, but then how many yellow flags do you notice on the side of the road when you are driving, I'm normally concentrating on tuning in the
radio or putting on another DVD or making an un-hands-free phone call or grooming my hair in the rear mirror before drinking another can of Special Brew
probably my 6th or 7th can by that point of the journey, In the old days, while driving, I used to be able to get at least two blow jobs by the 6th can and
still be able to keep it together.... Them were the days!!.....

Sad news, I have just come back from the Vets because, Polly had to be put to sleep, her heart was giving up.....

Went to the Mayors parlour
for tea this afternoon, what a load of pretentious bollocks it was, the orange juice was nice though...
It's Polly's funeral tomorrow afternoon, I'm putting the ashes of Mr. Dinky-dog and his mum Pippa in Polly's grave as well, I hope it doesn't rain while we are planting the bush which is already 5 foot tall and should reach 10-12 feet tall in another 3-5 years |

Hi everybody, the
funeral all went to plan except for the rain, it chucked it down, all through the burial, and since last Wednesday, it's been a very busy week
emotionally& physically, I think it's what has caused me to get either a cold or flu....
I hope I'll feel OK for the t/hunt on this coming Sunday.... See you all Sunday, hopefully... T.S.T.H.

10am. the tube started off
from the Peaspottage services, it rained all the way there, quite a lot of traffic on the M25, but Mel led us through the malláy of traffic to the ACE Café on
the North circular, they do a damned good lunch and real Coffee, and a pint of beer if it takes your fancy, very few people made the effort to go to the meet
which was to raise money for the British legion's "Help a Hero" charity..
Well there you go, I've had me "moan" on the UK smart orange board, I'm sure there will be a few people taking offence to what I have said, but then again, DO I LOOK BOVVERED ???.. T.S.T.H.

Hello again,
Well here we are, less than 24 hrs. since "Oscar" came to live with me, first walk today,
was at 6.45am this morning because I fell asleep at 9pm. last night and woke about midnight, totally forgot I had a new companion, and got undressed and went
to bed, I woke at 6.30am to this little old face staring at me,(what a surprise) so jumped out of bed quickly got dressed and out the front door for that all
important morning walk....
Now let me explain, Oscar is 10yrs. old, totally deaf since birth, White with what were once, jet black patches around the eyes, and when he was younger, he had ginger eyebrows, these are now pure white, and the black is now silver/white in places, considering he is deaf, he has the biggest ears you have ever seen on such a small dog, he is of coarse, a flat coated, Parsons Jack Russell..... As I write this, he is asleep under my desk and snoring, just as well we had that early walk because it is "pissing down" at the moment and blowing a gale out there, he makes funny little soft quiet grunts& growls when you make a fuss of him, a bit like a cat purring, I suppose it's his way of saying; "thank you", I like what your doing to me... He keeps going to the window that overlooks the street, and finds it necessary to tell-off the seagulls on the lawn, and people walking past, the look on his face is; "how dare they walk or fly along our street"... OH!... I have just realised, he FARTS in his sleep.... Pew how whiffy, oooOH!!, anyway, I'm going to Beaulie, because I am picking up one of the SCS members so the wife can take their son to the meet in their "Roadie", so I'll next see you all at the monthly club meet at the Wheatsheaf pub.... I now feel like going back to bed for another short sleep so I'm awake for the F1 Grand Prix this afternoon, I hope Jenson does a bit better in the last race of the season...... And no Donnington Castle F1 race next year...... T.S.T.H.

Well wasn't far
wrong, it stayed dry for most of the time we were there, but there was a very cold wind.. Saw Allen when I arrived and said Hello, but never saw him again for
the rest of the time I was there.. I bought a Coffee mug with a picture of a "Monster smart" on it, and a couple of smart accessories for the car,
if I hadn't took Teddy (new name for Oscar) with me, I would have been Bored Shítless, after doing the tour of all the three stalls and listened to a man
bang on about this stuff you put in your tires so they seal if you get a puncher, don't know why I bothered, I didn't have the money to get it done
anyway we then went on a very long walk across fields and over fences on the estate for about 1 1/2hrs......

What a
week!!, last Friday because my neighbour across the hall was still in hospital after a nasty fall braking her wrist in two places and hurting
her back I spent all day moving her furniture& belongings from No.38 to round the corner at No.18,(3 blocks
away), Tuesday morning, they operated on her wrist and an exploratory opp. on her back and discovered the big
"C" growth on her spine, she recovered from the anaesthetic, but died later that night...
So I have spent the rest of this week pacifying the Residents who have known her for years, I had to phone the doctors for three old ladies because of the shock of finding out and one other lady has had dyareer ever since she was told about the death, and the doctor to her 3 times... A lot of my Residents are in their late 80's, and have known each other for many years, where as I've only known most of them for only 3yrs., And this week some of them decided to tell me why they voted me Chair of the Res./Assoc., it seems, a group of them had talked about me becoming their Res. chair because I am still young&fit enough to be able to go to their need in an emergency, or when they need me to explain a council housing or other official letters to them or do some shopping for them, and this is beside all the repairs & improvements they know I have had done for them, here's a list; 34 out of 52 exterior lights fixed around the estate(12 were interior stair-case lights), freshly painted hallways and front doors with colour of their choice for each block, more new litter bins,Floor deep-clean in each set of stairs&hallways, cracked window lintels replaced,37 blown sealed double-glazing units in res's flats, a new kitchen for me under the "Decent Homes" Gov. rule, weeds cleared from between paving stones around the estate, all public right-of-way step edges high-lighted in day-glo yellow, a concrete fence rebuilt, I got the officers at city-clean to agree to the cleaning of all public right-of-way areas through my estate on a regular basis, city parks to agree to take-away when necessary, all bags of gardening waste, and some new paving stones in the large court-yard replacing the slippery glazed brick surface around the entrance to the underground garage, and new handrails on all steps&wheel-chair slopes including the ones around Hampshire lodge social club, I helped to form a Hampshire Ct."Leaseholder's" group and a Rep. for them so they have more say at council meetings...
